Blackhawk Network Holdings Inc. is hiring for the role of Business System Analyst II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage marketing data, including lead information, customer databases and campaign performance data.
• Support marketing technology tools and systems. This would include our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Dynamics), marketing attribution (Marketo Measure), and other software used for data management and reporting.
• Assist with various marketing technology systems and platform integrations to enable seamless and accurate data flows between all demand and analytics tools. This includes working with both internal departments and external vendors.
• Partner with Marketing, Global Revenue Operations, and IT to validate data quality and continually improve lead flow, ABE account lists, and reporting as required to provide key business insights.
• Drive Lead and Sales funnel process compliance across the funnel for all marketing activities and campaigns.
• Orchestrate marketing automation initiatives that will help identify data patterns, reduce and correct errors, and maintain data cleanliness going forward.
• Maintain database health, hygiene, and compliance. Oversee data accuracy and ensure unbiased presentation of information.
• Manage list pulls, data enrichment and list sourcing. Prepare, compile, normalize and sort data for entry or import into Martech systems.
• Monitor and report on database health.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, data analytics or equivalent degree in a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or business analytics
• Marketing business acumen, and the ability to interact with stakeholders across the business.
• Familiar with industry trends for marketing technology platforms and typical use cases of marketing automation platforms, Marketo preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and reporting analytics.
• Proficient with marketing attribution tools (Marketo Measure preferred).
• Self-starter with the drive and ability to learn new skills and tools as needed to achieve goals.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to establish priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced
