Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinating the delivery of MIS business-facing services to meet the required levels of quality.
• Ensuring the successful implementation of new and revised digital systems and processes.
• Ensuring execution of assigned activities in the IT Infrastructure service delivery processes within the company.
• Leading to resolving major incidents & critical situations, providing input and expertise to solutions for any incident, change, or project minimizing impact on infrastructure services.
• Ensuring continuous service improvement of the IT Infrastructure Services, including performance management and operational demand.
• Driving a standardized way of working i.e. for capturing operational demand for discussing and reporting performance.
• Leading the execution of Service delivery by internal IT delivery and IT operations team members, as well as external third-party IT service suppliers.
• Involvement in Strategic Projects
• Living the company’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of processes and practice of the ITIL framework
• Demonstrated ability to deliver Infrastructure Projects.
• Champion the application of Lean methodologies and techniques like Six Sigma to simplify processes before digitization
• Working knowledge of TPM is desirable
• Understanding no code, low code platforms like power apps, Zoho Creator, Google App Maker, etc desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work across business lines at senior levels to influence and effect change to achieve common goals.
• Analytical skills. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively guide and sustain people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
• Seriousness or presence ("gravitas") to develop a digital workplace program, as well as to sell and embed it in all levels of the business.
• Fearlessness in suggesting or backing big ideas. Tenacity in focusing the information discovery process.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. These skills will be used to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists; and to sell ideas and processes internally at all levels, including the board and investors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital services such as personal and group productivity tools, data discovery, intranets, knowledge management, social networks, and technology support.
• Digital dexterity with consumer gadgets, apps, and other technology services, along with the vision to see how they can improve employee agility and engagement.
