Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and analyse emerging industry and market trends.
• Translate trends into strategic opportunities for the business.
• Research and evaluate competitor strategies, products, and services.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the competitive landscape to support positioning.
• Collaborate with UX, Tech, and Marketing teams to align business goals.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to ideate growth-driven campaigns.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
• Support leadership with timely insights and market intelligence.
• Present complex research findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyse data using statistical tools and generate actionable insights.
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies for potential business adoption.
• Create detailed reports and presentations summarising research insights.
•  Highlight patterns, risks, and opportunities to guide business strategy.
• Initiate and maintain conversations with potential clients.
• Play an active role in client acquisition and relationship-building.

Requirements:

• Graduate in BMS, BBA, BFM, BFA, MMS, or MBA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
•  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using research and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• People-first attitude with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong interest in technology and continuous learning.
