Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen and qualify candidates through phone and video interviews.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates.
• Extend and negotiate offers of employment.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide them with a positive experience.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest recruiting trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business recruitment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
