SAP is hiring for the role of Business Processes Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, gather requirements, and define project scope.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java to build and customize Workzone Applications. Good knowledge of Cloud Application Programming (CAP) and other BTP products.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Carry out maintenance tasks to have the work zone and other sites to offer desired solutions.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Ability to use authorization and security tools such as IAS and IPS and custom roles.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards.
• Lead and manage development projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ability to work extended hours as per project and business demands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a deep understanding of Java programming and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Regular cadence on project tasks, reporting on work activities, and maintenance of work zone and similar data-related sites.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
