SAP is hiring for the role of Business Processes Associate Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deployment responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the various phases of Ariba’s solution deployment.
• Deployment leads will assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): process configuration, documenting current and future process flows and business rule configuration, user interface configuration, external system integration (if required), user and supplier set-up, training and project management.
• To act as a liaison between the customer and various groups within Ariba such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions. 
• The Deployment Lead establishes credibility as a conduit for solutions expertise with customers and is seen as an expert by customers (e.g., positive customer feedback).
• Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at Ariba and externally at the client). 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• MBA is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience of  0-3 years having strong project/customer management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proven problem-solving skills demonstrated through professional experience
• Medium/Expert level functional knowledge in Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procurement to Pay (Buying and invoicing), and Invoice Management.
• Medium/Expert-level knowledge of ERP systems and Procurement processes 
• Experience traveling to a customer site to facilitate meetings, trainings, workshops, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, utilize, and train customers on systems, features, and functionality for relevant products/solutions
• Willingness and ability to lead and implement process improvements
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts 6 PM to 3 AM IST
