SAP is hiring for a  role of Business Process Associate Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools for customers.
• Conduct technical and functional analysis of SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite modules to provide best-practice reporting guidance.
• Implement and test development items.
• Develop ad hoc reports from various data sources.
• Prepare and update Technical and Functional Specification Documents.
• Generate ad hoc queries for verification purposes.
• Interpret and apply business logic and data mapping.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of industry-based experience.
• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors Report Stories is preferred.
• Previous exposure to the SAP SuccessFactors cloud HCM suite.
• SQL experience.
• Any other reporting or analytics experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Enthusiastic attitude with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Methodical with attention to detail.
• Ability to cope with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
