Responsibilites of the Candidate:
- Coordinating with the Business and HR team on recruitment
- Coordinating for Candidate interviews
- Keeping track of the candidates from recruitment to onboarding.
- Maintaining recruitment MIS
- Publishing weekly Staffing report – Budget Vs Onboard-GAP
Requirements:
- Excellent communication Skills – English language fluency - both verbal and written
- Multi-tasking
- Educational Qualification / Technical Certification: Any UG/PG or MBA
- Experience: 2-4 years
