FIS Global is hiring for the role of Business Process Analyst II!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs, and sells the initiative.
- Maintains quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to gain referrals for new clients and achieve excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
- Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.
- Ensures practice provides industry thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of the Omni system and transactions associated with adjustments.
- 12 months of prior RPS Operations adjustment or Omni transaction processing experience and/or knowledge
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate to solve business challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel PC application software
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills to effectively problem
