McKinsey and Company is hiring for the role of Business Presentation Specialist (Trainee)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Utilize creativity and attention to detail to craft clear and accurate visual presentations in PowerPoint
• Translate ideas into eye-catching slides and visual stories that effectively communicate and create impact
• Edit, rework, and enhance existing materials, ensuring they align with quality standards
• Proofread all documents to guarantee accuracy and adherence to established standards
• Collaborate with consultants, understanding their needs, and providing creative solutions
• Seek support from the team and engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas
• Embrace the opportunity to learn something new every day, given the diverse content and forms of each presentation
• Work on presentations intended for various audiences and purposes across different business industries

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, at a B2 level (CEFR or equivalent)
• Possess 0-3 years of experience in voice/non-voice based BPO roles, such as Market Researcher, Search Engine Optimizer, Quality Analyst, Quality Controller, Transcription (Medical/Legal/Business), Process Executive (Data), Document Specialist (e-publishing), etc.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and demonstrate solid typing skills
• Exhibit a strong attention to detail, a quality mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement and results
• Work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, showcasing the ability to manage tasks efficiently
• Display eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams
• Demonstrate outstanding customer orientation, ensuring a focus on meeting customer needs
• Be open to giving and receiving feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Possess flexibility to work outside traditional business hours, if required
• While not mandatory, experience in design or graphics-related studies/employment is an advantage
• Gain exposure to all business sectors in which McKinsey operates, contributing to a broad learning experience
