GrowthX is hiring for the role of Business & Partnerships Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• B2B Learning program where we work with companies to onboard their growth/product teams to GrowthX.
• Privileges program for GrowthX members where we curate the best set of aspirational brands and exclusive deals.
• GrowthX Talent services for companies hiring across product, growth & marketing roles.
• Identifying & engaging potential companies.
• Understanding company requirements and how we can be part of their journey.
• Building a sustainable business pipeline and engaging leads via different levers.
• Negotiating and closing deals daily.
• Curating special onboarding plans, kick-off calls, and regular check-ins for accounts onboarded

Requirements:

• Phenomenal communication across the board- Verbal, written, and body language. This is the #1 skill we need.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within a product company.
• Great documentation and structured problem-solving skills. No hacks.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the org.
