Groww is hiring for the role of Business Operations - Mutual Funds!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to the personal loans business.
• Own and execute the Digital Lending guidelines with partners, including getting Groww Credit’s name listed on the partner website and partner GRO details listed on the Groww/Groww Credit website.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the key point of contact between lending partners and relevant internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery and execution of projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in MF operations, product operations, or business operations.
• Sound understanding of different LMS constructs with the ability to define processes with partners.
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Command of tracking methodologies.
• Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
