Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage teacher onboarding process
• Manage operations of day to day live online classes
• Manage teacher relationships and improve class delivery quality.
• Supervise teachers across the platform.
• Supervise junior hires/interns in the near term. 
• Business Growth (Non-target based) 

Skills Required

• Operational skills
• Interpersonal skills -Ability to manage relationships across diverse situations and raise the service levels
• Agile in responding to queries
• Good knowledge of MS office
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing including making creatives

Location: The position is open to full-time remote working as well as hybrid. Preference will be given to candidates who are flexible to travel to the office location.

Remuneration: Rs. 1.5 -3 LPA. The company is open to allotting ESOPs to selective candidates also.
