AutoDesk is hiring for the role of Business Operations Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver the services within the agreed SLA and ensure issues are handled prompltly
• Understand the Autodesk business processes to the core and building sustainable plans to provide business support
• Ensure that the levels of business support are within corporate parameters and that quality assurance processes are in place and being implemented

Requirements:

• Any Bachelors/Master’s degree is a must with a preference for Computer Applications
• 2-3 years of overall experience working in the software industry and a minimum of 1-2 years of expertise in SAP support
• Should be ready and flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) as for the team and business requirements, which include Night shift as well
• Knowledge of Business functionalities like workflows, validation rules, report generation, and service cloud features.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management, ITIL processes
• Should have worked with multiple global teams and cultures, should have the diplomacy to deal with multinational clients
• Experience in application enhancements, Maintenance and Post Go-live support
• Experience with the primary functions of SD - Order Management, Billing, Billing Plan, Pricing, Tax Procedures, Output determination, Accounting determination, Credit Management, Intercompany Processing and Customer Master Data
• Experience with Variant configuration and Variant pricing
• Experience with the Revenue Recognition Process
• Global implementation experience in the following regions - Americas, EMEA & Asia
• Experience with Material Management - Bill of Material, Material extensions, Serial Number Profile Management
• Experience with LSMW, BDC, IDOCs, User Exits and BADIs
• Experience in root cause analysis through ABAP source code debugging/technical troubleshooting
• Cross-module integration of SD with MM, FI and CO-PA
• Experience on S/4 HANA, FIORI will be an advantage
