GalaxEye Space is hiring for the role of Business Operations Associate!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Customize and configure CRM workflows, fields, and automation to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure adoption across departments.
• Create, analyze, and present reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with internal/external teams to implement solutions.
• Manage integrations between the CRM and other business tools (marketing automation, analytics, etc.).

Requirements:

• MBA from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of experience in business operations, sales support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
