JP Morgan Chase Bank is hiring for the role of Business Operations Associate!

Responsibilities:

• Partner with colleagues, stakeholders, and Risk and Controls to review and recommend new methods to improve operational efficiency and strengthen control adherence.
• Communicate with operations leaders and business stakeholders as needed.
• Review policies, procedures, and system functionality to provide business guidance.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide clear documentation on steps taken to resolve open gaps.
• Assist in executing project plans and monitor open issues regularly.
• Monitor obligation mapping and map procedures in the Enterprise Library Application (ELA).
• Present complex and sensitive issues to senior management.
• Meet with attorneys or compliance to understand the impact of legal or regulatory changes on Operations.
• Perform extensive reading of Legal Obligations and Regulatory Events to determine correlation and potential impact.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Lending Operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior leadership.
• Strong partnership skills with key stakeholders across Operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn complex processes.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to complete timely deliverables with high accuracy.
• High School diploma/GED.
