Curriculum Associates is hiring for the role of Business Operations Associates!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own quote tool tier 1 user support by resolving technical issues, providing user education, and escalating to subject matter experts and developers as appropriate
• Stage appropriate data across multiple systems for users to easily test new enhancement efforts
• Coordinate user testing efforts across multiple business stakeholders and complete regression testing for medium-large projects
• Maintain application documentation and business testing suites across multiple systems and business processes
• Document enhancement requests initiating out of user support issues and support trends

Requirements:

• Quality assurance testing or business analyst experience with at least one of configure-price-quote (CPQ), enterprise resource planning (ERP), or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work every time
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying technical information to a range of audiences
• Experience writing multi-application test plans and documenting operational systems and processes
• Experience with internal user support
• Ability to build and foster strong, cross functional relationships
• Problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Success prioritizing competing priorities in a quickly changing environment
