Athena is hiring for the role of Business Operations and Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
• Document new processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Operational Support:

• Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.
• Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with management, departments, and external partners to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Project Management:

• Lead and participate in projects aimed at improving business operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and operations.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance business performance.
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Project management experience is a plus.
