BairesDev is hiring for the role of Business Operations Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage small, medium, and large projects around business processes.
- Map, design, and improve business processes.
- Interact with different areas of the company to understand pain points.
- Manage access to information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Management or Engineering.
- Proven work experience in the IT or Venture Capital industries.
- Previous experience in a PMO/Business Operations role.
- Excellent Process development and Project Management skills.
- Advanced English level.
- Previous work experience with/in start-up companies.
- Previous work experience in Product development.
