Business Operations Analyst Job in Chennai at Rocketlane

Rocketlane is hiring for the role of Business Operations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage subscription billing and accounts receivables
• Work with sales, and customer success teams to ensure customer subscriptions, payments and refunds are always recorded accurately and promptly
• Respond to customer inquiries about refunds, payments
• Respond for managing the entire Quote to Cash process and collaborating with teams for the same
• Be responsible for new customer and vendor onboarding and other compliance tasks.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality regarding company financial, compensation, and investor relations information.
• Provide administrative assistance to executive staff to set up the Ops functions for marketing, onboarding, and customer success team

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience (freshers are welcome) 
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a hunger to develop a deep understanding of a business
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Excel sheets
• Strong work ethic, passion, highly organized, process-oriented with strong attention to details
• Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume
• A “roll up your sleeves and get things done” attitude, coupled with the ability to consistently give/receive feedback
• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
