Business Mnagement- Operations Analyst Job in Bangalore at JP Morgan Chase Bank

JP Morgan Chase & Co. is hiring for the role of Business Management- Operations Analyst 

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Process end-user requests for role-based access to applications in multiple firmwide requesting tools and ensure all access deviations are captured and remediated
• Monitor the addition and deletion on a timely basis for any change of staffing or role
• Build role-based profiles, manage profile re-certification exercises on a periodic basis & contribute to process improvement projects
• Train requesters in the usage of the access tool
• Perform access management aligned control and governance activities

Requirements: 

• 1-3 years of business & operations specialist experience. Experience in the Access Management domain will be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree required
• You must have strong attention to detail
• You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You should have the ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience in Alteryx, Tableau, and other intelligent automation tools will be an added advantage
