Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, organize, and execute webinars, coordinating with speakers and managing technical aspects for a seamless participant experience.
• Assist in dry runs, send webinar invites, and oversee all aspects of execution from invitations to post-event analysis.
• Ensure timely communication to meet business requirements and enhance engagement strategies for webinars.
• Troubleshoot any issues during webinars to ensure smooth delivery.
• Email Management:
• Oversee email communication strategies, including the design, development, and scheduling of email campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to optimize engagement and response rates.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management:
• Serve as a liaison between various teams to facilitate the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and updates for effective communication.
• Content Management:
• Share press releases and relevant content for newsletter distribution, ensuring all materials align with our brand messaging.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials related to webinars and digital campaigns.
• Ensure effective content and messaging that aligns with our brand objectives.
• Brand Representation:
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital communications and materials.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure that all communications reinforce our company’s reputation and values.
• Reporting:
• Creating reports related to the key performance indicator (KPIs) of an ongoing marketing campaigns and events.
