LSEG is hiring for the role of Business Manager – Real Time, Data, and Feeds!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive business management processes and tools for the Business Unit, implementing best practices to deliver business and customer benefits.
• Identify and track business risk and operational improvements in consultation with key stakeholders and manage the implementation of enhancements to delivery with ongoing monitoring to drive positive outcomes for the business.
• Manage external and internal reporting activities, including quarterly reporting to Boards / the Group, annual budgets, business plans, and risk and cost reviews ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication.
• Manage the budget and forecasting processes for the Business Unit, and projects, providing timely financial analysis to the Leadership Team working in conjunction with Finance Leads.
• Drive adherence to the operational risk and control management framework(s), ensuring regular reviews of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Management Information (MI) reporting to identify risk incidents or emerging issues and initiate action plans with relevant Teams to remediate issues.
• Lead significant projects, programs, and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity, and track and report progress of both strategic and ad-hoc projects for the Business Unit.
• Determine and articulate work priorities based on general direction from Managers, Group, and Divisional Strategic Goals. 
• Contribute to the development of new product models and concepts and Business Unit Strategy and Business Planning.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to middle and senior management to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, making strategic decisions on time, quality, and cost to deliver complex activities.
• Continuously adopt a pragmatic, flexible, and responsive approach.
• Maintain constructive and supportive working relationships with stakeholders.
• Apply tools and processes to effectively identify and quantify project-level risks, proactively communicating their impact with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree (in Business or Finance or IT) or equivalent and relevant professional qualifications and experience.
• Knowledge of LSEG’s business, members, products, services, competitive and regulatory landscape.
• Experience in financial and risk management best practices.
• FISD Financial Information Associate Qualification an advantage.
• Knowledge of the real-time and low latency market data space and technologies including cloud.
