MakeMyTrip is hiring for the role of Business Manager!

The role would require the incumbent to build up myPartner brand in the mapped market ensuring maximum spread and depth. He/she will need to Identify and onboard potential travel agents and ensure platform adoption, and query resolution for the onboarded travel agents. The Role would also include building up business partnerships to gain wallet/market share and ensure market growth in terms of active travel agent partners, overall transactions, and value.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated individual with a passion for owning up to the market
• Strong understanding of Sales / BD, and market/domain knowledge to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals
• Passion to build, nurture, and scale up relationships with travel partners.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical bent of mind and expertise in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
• Open to travel extensively
• Management Graduates from Reputed Institutes with 2 - 7 years of experience in Channel/Account Management, Business Development or Sales Functions for Internet Platforms
