Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Selling Rayner products to ophthalmologists in private practice, teaching institutes, charitable hospitals, and government hospitals
- Achieving agreed sales and performance targets within set budgets and timescales
- Implementing activities like customer events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to meet objectives
- Maintaining agreed territory coverage and visit frequency
- Ensuring satisfaction for both customers and distributors to maintain a healthy business relationship
- Completing all reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Identifying, analyzing, developing, and implementing sales opportunities and strategies for territory development
- Managing credit control
