MARS is hiring for the role of Business Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee and manage the channels within the designated market, ensuring effective distribution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and manage a team of ASE (Area Sales Executives) and SS (Sales Supervisors), providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure that the principles and values of the organization are followed and implemented consistently in the market.
• Take responsibility for implementing various organizational processes in the market, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Drive both organic and inorganic growth initiatives in the market, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to expand market presence.
• Team Development: Focus on the development of the sales team, providing training, mentorship, and support for their professional growth and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Preferably MBA (Master of Business Administration).
• Relevant Managerial Experience: Possess relevant managerial experience in a premier FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) organization.
• Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) Experience: Should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience specifically in the role of Assistant Sales Manager (ASM).
