Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals across the geographical area, exploring new markets, and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
• Achieving sales targets and cross-selling insurance products.
• Creating a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
• Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment, and providing feedback and suggestions to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Ensuring the implementation of promotional plans and contests and suggesting new and innovative promotional plans for the area.
• Retaining high performers and replacing poor performers.
• Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and maintain high employee satisfaction.
• Ensuring timely and effective completion of Goals setting, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings.
• Effectively engaging Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
• Managing collections of the acquired portfolio.
• Handling customer grievances, if any

Requirements:

• Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels across multiple market environments.
• Overall knowledge of sourcing from salaried loans business.
• Good communication, analytical skills, and channel management skills.
• Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
