Cars24 is hiring for the role of Business Intelligence (Pricing and Assortment)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute the organization’s business intelligence strategy in alignment with its goals and objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of business intelligence analysts, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
• Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to extract valuable insights from internal and external data sources. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Report and Dashboard Development: Designing and creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Ensure that reports are accurate, actionable, and accessible.
• Business Requirements: Collaborating with business units to understand their data and reporting needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of BI solutions and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Data Integration: Managing data integration projects to consolidate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with departments such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of relevant data privacy and security regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
