Hewlett Packard is hiring for the role of Business Intelligence Planning Execution Professional!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support business. Your work will play a critical role in helping the organization make data-driven decisions and achieve its strategic objectives.
• Data Analysis - collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data, identify patterns and trends, and produce reports that help management make informed decisions.
• Business Intelligence Planning - develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis processes. This will include identifying data sources, determining appropriate tools for data analysis, and developing data models.
• Execution of Business Intelligence Projects - plan and execute BI projects. This will include setting project timelines, identifying key deliverables, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring - monitor key business performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to management for corrective actions.
• Communication - collaborate with various departments within the organization, including GTM, finance, and operations, to understand data needs, develop analytical solutions, and communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• MBA
• Data interpretation and business communication
• Provide business intelligence to strategy and business team
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Experience in business intelligence, data modeling, and project management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with Financial and Non-financial Data
• Strong presentation skills
