Hewlett Packard is hiring for the role of Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities to the Candidate:

•  Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights
• Works independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance; coaches others on model development
• Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps
• Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations
• Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions
• Defines and implements models to uncover patterns and predictions creating business value and innovation
• Summarizes and visualizes analytical models for Sales and Business Planning

Requirements:

• Typically 4-8 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
• SQL knowledge, PowerBI expertise, growth mindset, someone who loves data and learning new technologies 
• Proficient in SQL and/or R and Python
• Expertise in building PowerBI dashboards
• Experience in cloud based environments like Azure ideal
• Ability to work across multiple businesses and projects at once
• Fluent in structured and unstructured data and modern data transformation methodologies
• Ability to use creativity to spot trends and tease out patterns in large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate data insights to project team and leadership and negotiate options
