General Mills is hiring for the role of Business Intelligence Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from multiple sources like GCP, SQL, AFO, and SAP ERP for low-complexity projects.
• Create database queries and scripts using SQL and BigQuery for data manipulation and analysis.
• Develop and maintain BI solutions, including interactive tools, automation, and data visualizations.
• Conduct basic data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
• Work with senior team members and data engineers to refine data models and improve BI assets.
• Execute assigned project tasks with precision, ensuring all deliverables are met within the established timelines and project scope.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactively call out potential risks and seek guidance from senior team members to ensure thorough risk management.
• Develop & demonstrate basic knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive better solutions and analysis.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Mandatory).
• Experience: 0–1.5 years of experience in data development, analysis, or visualization, with demonstrated technical acumen.
• Expertise in data ETL, SQL/BigQuery query writing, and visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Advanced Excel, Tableau, and SQL
