Concentrix is hiring for a role of Business intelligence Analyst.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement and coordinate departmental activities for timely delivery of business data reporting.
• Develop companywide standards for data capture and processing within a data warehouse.
• Innovate statistical analysis techniques to maximize benefits from captured data.
• Educate and collaborate with operational teams to enhance understanding and use of statistical reports.
• Implement continuous improvement processes for data quality over time.
• Align MIS data and interpretation guidelines with management university capability.
• Foster numerical awareness and knowledge within operational management teams.
• Proactively interpret business intelligence reports to pre-empt barriers to success.
• Communicate BI strategy and projects companywide.
• Collaborate with IT and Operational teams for strategic priorities.
• Participate in company strategy development and implement relevant BI strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of call centers, associated technologies, and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrable business acumen with strength in data management (Excel, SQL, etc.) and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel graphs and visualization.
• Understanding of SQL commands, joins, and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of SSIS, ETL, and Power BI.
• Understanding of data manipulation, aggregation, and presentation techniques.
• Excellent understanding of internal systems and departmental procedures.
• Progressive and forward-thinking with the ability to identify industry/customer trends.
• Strong team player with the ability to contribute and challenge.
• VBA knowledge.
• Fundamental knowledge of Azure environment and working methods.
• Understanding of data modeling and Cloud fundamentals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile) and best practices.
