Business Intelligence Analyst Job in Chennai at Tradu

Tradu is hiring for the role of Business Intelligence Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
• Define and lead business improvement projects
• Liaise with business heads and other management on reporting optimizations and process improvement initiatives
• Consult management on data and analysis associated with business goals, KPIs and benchmarks
• Validate, manipulate, and perform exploratory data analysis on datasets
• Review, refine, and document business requirements and processes

• Strong interest to dig into big data and create meaningful insights that will drive business decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
• A team player who is detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, determine priorities and  meet deadlines on time in a fast-paced business environment
• A self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Strong project management, presentation, and organization skills
• Solid SQL skills
• Experience with Data Processing / Data Analysis / Data Manipulation / Data Extraction, and Data Visualization  - with the use of Business Intelligence tools and/or SQL

Preferred:

• Tableau Experience (creating or using) is a big plus
• Experience with GitHub is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills – Macros / Automation
• Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
• Additional programming languages (VBA, Python)
