Business Intelligence Analyst Job in Chennai at Rocketlane

Rocketlane is hiring for the role of Business Intelligence Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Data Management & Dashboarding:
  • Own and maintain DBM & connectors set-up on Snowflake platform
  • Create, design, and publish different dashboards for different teams, stakeholders, and executive
  • Maintain and update the dashboard on a weekly,  and monthly basis
• Business Analysis and Insights Generation:
  • Perform Adhoc analysis on data to derive actionable  insights 
  • Utilize past trends to forecast sales and other metrics as required. 
  • Craft compelling narratives that tie insights to business objectives.
• Process Improvement & SOP Development:
  • Ideate and strategize with the RevOps team to identify opportunities for improving existing processes.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and get the relevant teams to adopt the updated processes. 
• Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis:
  • Partner with Operations on goal setting, tracking and reporting
  • Regularly monitor the performances of teams, projects and team members. 
  • Coordinate with different functions  on data, crunch numbers for investors and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1+ year or more in reporting, dashboarding, and business analysis roles.
• Experience in building dashboards on Tableau (higher preference) or Power BI is a must
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL is a must 
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in performance monitoring and analysis
• Ability to synthesize data and extract key insights
• Working experience on Salesforce. Having a Salesforce Admin certification is an advantage
• Experience in the SaaS or related fields is a plus
• Working knowledge of Python is a plus
