Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle
• Contribute to the improvement of processes or policies
• Drive employee engagement measures
• Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers
• Recruit dedicated positions on rolls/off rolls at the location
• Train and employee engagement activities for rolls/off-rolls
• Manage contract labour/ manpower outsourcing by complying with statutory requirements
• Ensure proper compliance with various obligations under various labour laws as applicable to the organisations
