About JD -
- Bring in new business from mid-sized and large companies.
- Mid-market = companies with ₹50 L – ₹3 Cr insurance premium
- Enterprise = companies with ₹3 Cr – ₹50 Cr insurance premium
- Team Handling Role (10–20 people).
- Set sales targets and help your team achieve them every month.
- Create and improve sales processes, making sure everyone uses tools like CRM software properly.
- Work with other teams in the company (Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.) to make sales smoother.
- Represent Nova Benefits in meetings with clients and partners.
- 10–15 years of experience in the insurance broking industry.( 5 years of experience leading sales teams)
- Has closed big insurance deals (₹5–20 Cr premium).
- Has a strong network of insurance company contacts.
- Comfortable using technology and CRM tools.
- Ideally also knows about other types of insurance like Liability or Property insurance.
