Social Panga is hiring for the role of Business Growth Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying New Sales Opportunities: Conduct online, and offline research and stay up-to-date with markets to identify sales leads.
• Developing Proposals and Quotes: Understand the client’s business needs and budgets, and work closely with the strategy and solutions teams to come up with competitive proposals and quotes showcasing Social Panga’s services and a tailored pricing model.
• Negotiation and Follow-Up: Follow up with prospects and always staying on top in terms of requirements in the sales cycle to maximize chances of conversion.
• Relationship Management: Liaison with the client to drive the deal to closure, support the transition, and provide knowledge transfer to the project management team.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to write the many emails and attend the many calls required to close a deal.
• Excellent soft skills and ability to interact with clients to understand their stated and unstated pain points and communicate with the solution teams.
• Mad Skillz in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel to create beautiful and compelling proposals and price quotations.
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking to be able to plan and showcase innovative brand communication and ideas to prospective clients.
• Ninja-level time management skills to be able to churn out multiple proposals and attend multiple meetings with clients all on the same day.
• Skynet-level research skills to find out all that there is to be found about prospective clients, their past projects, competitors, and the market.
