Business Finance Manager Job in Bangalore at Swiggy

Swiggy is hiring for the role of Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

•  Developing deep understanding of the business and consumers, Cost drivers and other functions of the organization
• Doing data driven trend analysis for customers/operational metrics with focus on improving the shape of the P&L whale highlighting key insights to leadership. 
• Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones with focus on governance & cost leakage 
• Preparing, managing and publishing business scorecards 
• Stakeholder Management & working very closely with the business teams 
• Run weekly reviews with the business stakeholders 
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required. 

Requirements:

• CA/MBA/B.Tech from Tier 1 colleges
• 2+ Years of experience post qualification 
• Strong Excel Skills and good business acumen 
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams 
• Strong Financial modeling and PowerPoint skills 
• Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up/Retail would be preferred (experience of handling Perishable/F&V will be added advantage)
• Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems 
• Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
