Atlas Copco (India) Ltd. is hiring for the role of Business/Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• On-time and accurate reporting of Income Statements and Balance sheets and other reports in the Group Reporting system.
• Analysis of costs and explain reasons for deviations in an actionable way.
• Full comprehensive control of all lines of the Income statement and the ability to analyze and explain their movements.
• Analysis of all variances, presenting a good explanation for them, and proposing corrective actions.
• Reconcile and prepare bridges between different periods for different scorecards and KPIs.
• Ability to explain the story behind the numbers to a non-financial audience.  Develop Powerbase dashboards using the data warehouse to be able to present better and actionable analysis to the management.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in the same domain
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Good analytical skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Working Knowledge of SAP
• Finance, Controlling, and Project Systems
• Good knowledge of local Accounting Rules and Regulations
• Accounting degrees like CA/ ICWA/ MBA
• Result-oriented and autonomous
• Self driven, team player who takes ownership and communicates well with colleagues
• Open to change and pro-active
• Good interpersonal skills, critical and positive-minded
