Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, including short-term and long-term goals and objectives.

• Identify and manage risks and opportunities, and make decisions to optimize the company's performance and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in the industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to other executives and managers, and work collaboratively to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
• Represent the company in public events and meetings.
