Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Business Execution Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Consult on simple, friendly digital experiences by being obsessed with what’s most important to our customers, ensuring our designs can be used by people of all abilities.
• Work in a highly collaborative environment, supporting design practitioners, scrum teams, and business leads to deliver accessibility solutions throughout Agile lifecycles.
• Test with Assistive Technologies and/or interpret the test results of others (vendor).
• Ensure that solutions for accessibility contribute to a positive user experience for all customers
• Perform various tasks related to the governance of quality, compliant front-end code
• Perform tasks to ensure delivery of accessible design and markup, such as:
  • Visually conduct accessibility reviews of design assets provided by visual designers, interaction designers, and content strategists
  • Define and document accessibility requirements for design deliverables and user stories
  • Perform spot testing or heuristic reviews of coded deliverables, as needed
  • Educate and inform project teams of end-to-end processes

• Develop and maintain metadata tagging for marketing content in a data asset management system.
• Execute electronic artifact directory organization, metadata application, or tagging in coordination with disclosure COE groups and marketing.
• Provide consultation and records management process support to marketing initiatives
• Execute the organization’s search engine optimization (SEO) strategy within the Digital Asset Management tool, including tagging, structure, and taxonomy to ensure digital assets are found by internal stakeholders who are looking for content, featured disclosures, and other items.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and 2.1 Combined (overall 3-5 years of experience).
• Experience using HTML and CSS to build digital content as well as knowledge of digital best practices.
• Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles and SEO / metadata tracking techniques.
• Experience in web page design and user experience.
• Experience using accessibility testing tools such as AMP (Accessibility Management Platform), Continuum, Wave or WorldSpace / aXe, and V-PAT.
• Experience in various (at least one) assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, or TalkBack.
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Aprimo, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Expert level using a defect tracking tool such as JIRA.
• Ability to convey issues to developers and technical partners verbally and in writing to include the use of ARIA for web technologies such as HTML and mobile platforms.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and individually.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline and detail-driven environment.
• Bachelor from a premier university.
