Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Business Execution Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups.
• Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.
• Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners.
• Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

Requirements:

• B.A./B.S. degree / B Tech degree in computer science.
• Reporting and analytics work experience.
• VBA Macros and automation.
• Experience in Python.
• Work experience in the areas mentioned below -
• Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis. 
• Proficient with SAS / SQL to effectively obtain and merge data, perform analytics, and automate reporting from various sources.
• Advanced level Tableau abilities and a proven history of maximizing Tableau's capabilities in visualizations.
• Basic Python and advanced analytics experience would be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-experts using data visualizations.
• Proficient with MS – Excel functions and formula
• 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
