Propel is hiring for the role of Business Excellence Team Member!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work closely with employees to ensure the sustenance of DWM practices and monitor its health
- Organise business meetings with various teams periodically to deliberate and resolve their process challenges
- Monitor the level of Total employee participation in the continuous improvement
- Conduct TQM promotional events for employee participation & Motivation
- Collect data from various functions and prepare MIS reports connected to the dept. Objectives
- Prepare templates/documents/procedures for process standardization
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experience in the automotive/capital equipment industry
- Ability in data collection, analysis, and report generation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, Audits, etc
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of 7QC tools, Quality Management Systems
- Exposure to Industrial Engineering/Lean Systems
