BigOhTech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Business Development - Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with the Marketing team, BDE, and Sales Team to activate Hotels both online and offline
• Maintain and create a database for prospective clients
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and build strong relationships with the clients
• Achieve sales targets by analyzing the needs and meeting the requirements of new and existing clients
• Prepare proposals together with the Project Manager
• Develop sales channels
• Develop lead magnets
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships
• Follow up with leads and build strong relationships with the brand
• Develop or identify sales material or tools to improve and optimize the sales process

Requirements:

• Minimum of 0-1 years of Sales experience within the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong interest in software products and the hospitality industry 
• Proven track record of working in a hyper-growth environment and ability to do zero to 1 and 1 to 100 
• Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills 
• Passion for quality and customer excellence 
• Strong work ethic and hands-on mentality  
• Exceptional team player skills 
• Great phone presence, the ability to engage and excite potential customers 
• Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables (Time Management skills)
