Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct proactive cold calling to reach out to students, providing information and addressing queries about the company's products or services.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records by regularly updating account information.
• Resolve product or service problems by escalating customer queries to the manager for efficient resolution.
• Attend events and college festivals, managing the entire event setup and logistics to engage with students.
• Post-pandemic, actively participate in marketing efforts by sharing pamphlets and marketing material with students, creating awareness about the company and its products.
• Collect contact information from students and event attendees to build a comprehensive lead collection database.
• Effectively manage event logistics, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for participants.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness and product visibility among the target audience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and address their inquiries or concerns.
• Adapt to changes in the business environment and follow best practices for customer engagement and lead generation.
