About this Job
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7 years of experience originating emerging and mid market corporates for all kinds of debt products.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and capital structures.
- Strong working knowledge of debt products—secured/unsecured loans, cash flow lending, invoice discounting, revenue-based financing, etc.
- Prior experience dealing with Founders / Promoters and CFOs of growth-stage and established businesses.
- Self-starter with strong hustle, discipline, and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and CRM hygiene.
