Manufacturer and Exporter of eco-friendly Jute Bags, Cotton Bags We immediately require “Business Development Specialist” on Work-from-Home basis to assist in managing our day to day business activities.

Requirements

• Candidate must have full control over written & oral English language
• Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word are a must

Who can apply?

• Anyone who has excellent customer follow-up skills
• Must be comfortable to communicate with international clients

Summary of Role:

• Keeping data in ERP up to date with customer details
• Leads follow-up (through calls, WhatsApp, texts etc) till we get all required details
• Writing short emails after every call as per business etiquette rules
• Logistics follow-up by keeping track of dispatched material
• Payment follow-up
• Getting reviews from customers – Incentives will be applied for every review

• Must be familiar with Skype and its screen sharing feature
• Stable internet connection and a backup plan
• Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises whatsoever
• Up to date computer system and perfectly working mobile with earphones
• Must be highly punctual
