Roanuz is hiring for the role of Business Development Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build Business relationships and provide technical support to existing customers through emails, calls, and chats
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our product and it’s features
• Collaborate with the Developers to foster continual improvement in our products
• Maintain existing accounts and business
• Collate sales data and build sales reports around it
• Analyze customer needs and translate client requirements to the Data Operations Team effectively
• Handle sales inquiries, identify sales opportunities and manage prospective customers

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience in business development
• A professional, positive and energetic attitude with great interpersonal skills, 
• Good customer service skills, telephone etiquette, and soft skills
• Exceptional and strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Proven work experience in handling customers and products will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Sports is mandatory
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Ability to think critically in strategizing plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy
• Nice to have knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Email software like MailChimp
• Willingness to learn new skills
