Business Development- Sales Manager Job in Noida at Inspire Tech Realty Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.
• Generating 2 meeting Prospects (Average) on daily basis.
• Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.
• Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed them properly.
• Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
