Business Development Representative (Outbound) Job in Bengaluru at Airbase

Airbase is hiring for the role of Business Development Representative (Outbound)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Promote and market Airbase through extensive communication with prospects including cold calling and emailing
• Research and evaluate additional leads and prospects through web and CRM research
• Meet and exceed the assigned quota daily
• Schedule qualified demos that result in detailed information for the account executive team
• Maintain all contacts and opportunities and record all progress in Salesforce
• Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, functions, and geographies
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of outbound prospecting business development experience in B2B SaaS with a proven track record of working in a metrics-driven environment
• Ability to break down a prospect's requirements and effectively communicate them internally to other teams
• Expertise in using lead generation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to routinely extract contacts and create accurate and targeted lists of prospects
• Ability to think creatively and find ways to keep the sales funnel active with new prospects
• Positive attitude with the ability to handle and deal with rejection well
